Mr Michael Abela - Chief Executive Officer
Michael Abela has had extensive experience over the last 15 years in a range of senior
management positions covering sales and marketing, operations and finance. With a
particular focus in the telecommunications and technology sector, Mr. Abela was
formerly Managing Director of ASX listed company Quadrant Iridium Ltd (now Fulcrum
Equity Ltd, ASX:FUL).
Mr Terry Wills Cooke - Independent Chairman
Mr Wills Cooke is the Managing Director of the Techard Company Pty Ltd, a consulting company that specialises in corporate and marketing strategic planning and plan facilitation, marketing issues and contract negotiation. In addition, Mr Wills Cooke has a considerable level of experience with a diverse range of Australian and foreign organisations.
Mr Wills Cooke has extensive experience at board level. He is currently Chairman of Clear Edge Australia, a division of the world's largest engineered textile filtration producer and Deputy Chairman of the industry superannuation fund for many of Australia's private schools. He Chairs Durbridge P/L, a residential land development company operating in the Geelong and Surf Coast areas and is also Chairman of six other non-associated private Companies.
Terry is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and was formerly Senior Lecturer in Marketing with them. He is also a Founding Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has wide recognition in the professional marketing field in Australia.
Mr Vince Leone - Director
Vince Leone has a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (with honours) and extensive experience successfully growing companies. He has assisted business leaders, from various industry sectors, leverage IT and Telecommunication systems to support their business strategies, goals and objectives. Primary areas of focus are systems for Telecommunications; Finance; Insurance; Sales Management; Customer Relationship Management; Supply Chain Management; Human Resource Management; Customer Support/HelpDesk; Business Process Automation and Business Intelligence.
Vince recently spent 3.5 years with an Australian software company, where he was General Manager and the company experienced six fold growth during his tenure. Vince also has 3.5 years experience as a Strategic Account Director at PeopleSoft (now Oracle), one of the world’s leading Enterprise Resource Planning organisations. Prior to PeopleSoft, Vince held senior roles with Cable & Wireless Optus, Dimension Data, Intergraph and a number of smaller Australian companies
Mr Damian Woods - Director
Damian Woods successfully completed his VCE at Melbourne High School and studied Business-Marketing at RMIT before founding MPA (Now called OneNetwork) in 1999.
Damian was part of the Young Achievers Australia program in 1996 and was the CEO of the Victorian Business Team in 1997 winning the state championships.
In February, 2003 he won the “Request DSL Highest National Sales Achiever” award for attaining the highest level of sales of any sales professional from Request DSL Service Providers Australia wide.
Since then Damian has continued as Managing Director of OneNetwork, guiding the company into the Voice over IP business. From the first ever OneNetwork VoIP call made back in late 2003, Damian has maintained the drive and focus to deliver a commercial IP network that is scalable and capable of delivering millions of calls.
Mr Justyn Stedwell– Company Secretary
Justyn Stedwell was appointed Company Secretary of Mobi Limited in January 2007. Justyn has completed a Bachelor of Business and Commerce (Monash University) and is currently undertaking a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance (Chartered Secretaries Australia).
Justyn has previously worked in various roles for a number of ASX listed entities including Federation Group Limited, Travelshop Limited, Volante Group Limited and Commander Communications Limited. Justyn is also the Company Secretary of Austin Group Limited. |
